How do I set up AI replies to my Google and Facebook reviews?

Use Review agents, a feature you turn on in Labs.

1. Go to Settings, then Labs, and turn on Review agents.
2. Go to Agents. A Review agents tab appears.
3. Connect your review account. Review agents works with Facebook and Google Business accounts only. Other review sources are not supported.
4. You get an overview and an inbox with your reviews across the connected channels. From the inbox you can approve the AI's replies and publish them, or reply yourself.
5. Set the rules for the AI. Choose auto mode, where it replies on its own, or draft mode, where you see what it will say before it posts. You can have it answer only ratings above a certain number of stars, and list sensitive questions or topics it should not respond to, including your own custom ones.
