Does Votel have a unified inbox, message templates and tags?

Yes. Conversations is a unified inbox: all your message channels, including email, texting and social messaging, in one timeline. Pipelines are at the top, and you can move people between pipelines from there.

Message templates replace saved snippets. While chatting with someone, type a slash and pick the template.

AI categorizes your messages, so you can ask to see everyone you need to respond to. You can customize the categories or add your own to the built-in ones.

Tags are supported, and you can send a message to everyone with a tag. Task management is included too, with tasks and subtasks, snooze, follow-up dates, priorities and stars.
